岗位职责：
负责整个设计室团队，包括电气自动化设计人员、机械设计人员和项目经理； 负责当前项目的监督管理，包括设计、项目管理、成本控制及处理与客户的关系等；负责给各专业设计人员和项目经理及销售团队提供日常技术支持。直接向生产总监汇报工作。
资格要求：
1. 机械工程师。
2. 机械设计专业本科以上学历，相关行业5年以上工作经验；或专科以上学历，相关行业10年以上工作经验。
3. 精通机械原理，熟悉非标设备的设计流程，熟练运用AUTOCAD等软件。
4. 口语流利，能用英语或法语进行技术上的交流，无交流障碍。
5. 项目管理或设计部管理方面经验丰富。
6. 能适应外企的管理方式及文化。
7. 较强的创新能力，良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力；较强的工作责任心和敬业精神。
8. 有外企工作经验。

Job description: in charge of the design office, his team includes automation and electrical designers, mechanical designers and project managers. He is in charge of the supervision of all the current projects in terms of design, project management, cost and relationship with CMF customers. He has to provide daily technical support to the designers and the projects managers, and regularly to the sales team as well. He reports directly to CMF Technical Director.
Requirements:
• Mechanical engineer
• Bachelor or master degree in mechanical design, at least 5 years working experience in design, about 10 years working experience in relevant fields
• Proficient in mechanical principle, familiar with the working procedure of the customized machinery and proficient in using design software such as AUTOCAD, etc.
• Fluent English speaker
• Experienced in project management or in design team management
• Used to foreign management and foreign companies culture and organization
• Innovative and creative, capable at communication, organization and coordination.
• High sense of responsibility and autonomy.
