Job Description:
1. Establish organization's occupational safety and health policies and procedures in compliance with local, state,
and other relevant rules and regulations;
2. Define methods or models used in the study and analysis of industrial accident causes and health hazards, as
well as coordinate the execution and preparation of reports;
3. Oversee investigation of injuries and accidents, so as to minimize recurrence, and conduct environment tests
such as air, water, noise, etc;
4. Coordinate relevant safety training to educate employees about safety policies, laws and practices;
5. Inspect the organization/plant's safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, ensure compliance
with pertinent safety rules and regulations, and recommend changes in policies and procedures to prevent
accidents and illnesses;
6. Prepare for required certification audit and annual inspection made by local government regulatory setups;
7. Ensure all EHS policy & action following local regulation/law.
