岗位职责:
1.Establish and develop the Customer Service function.
2.Implementation of customer service strategies.
3.Coordinate with production, warehouse and purchasing, quality, PM personnel to provide adequate and correct information of the material needs and deliveries.
4.Provide timely and effective solutions to customer needs.
5.Collect account receivable.
6.Manage forwarding companies and evaluate their performance.
7.Make sure no compliance issue.
资格要求:
1.University degree holder, preferably major in business administration, sales & marketing or logistics. 2.At least 3 years of successful working experience in international customer service, working experience in the field of telecommunications is a benefit. 3.Capability of speaking Korean is preferable. 4.Experience of domestic and/ or international shipments is preferred. 5.Strong experience of business control systems is a must, SAP R/3 experience is a benefit. 6.Excellent interpersonal skills. 7.Fluency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin is a must. 8.A flexible team player attitude is a must. 9.Capability of independent work.
