岗位职责：高薪职位 Responsibilities:
1. Access and qualify potential suppliers through factory and quality assurance process audit.
通过外审等手段辨别供应商资
2. Evaluate engineering samples, production samples and audit products at source factories.
评估供应商技术团队，生产能力及管理流程
3. Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturing and the supplier.
定期维护公司与供应商的战略关系
4. Conduct problem solving and follow-up for supplier quality issues. E.g. pererrorform corrective action verification at suppliers.
处理并解决供应商质量问题
5. Interface with other department to resolve supplier quality issues and improve pererrorformance.
协调公司其他部门共同解决供应商质量问题并帮助其改进产品质量
6. Educate suppliers in quality tools and support resolution of problems at the suppliers.
评价检验供应商质量问题，并提供其解决方案；
7. Developing suppliers quality skills and capabilities
督促供应商提升质量及生产能力
8. Maintain required documentation and files.
保存相关的质量文件
9. Implement continuous improvement program with suppliers 与供应商达成持续改进承诺及行动
资格要求：1.Bachelor’s Degree major in mechanical, automotive manufacturing, mechanical & electrical products, such as motors and generators or other comparable engineering errorarea 机械、电气或自动化（电气类优先）专业本科以上学历；
2. Minimum 6 years of engineering/production and quality assurance/inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required, automotive industry or mechanical and electrical industry experience is preferred. 6年以上从事机加行业生产/质量/SQE等环节工作经验，从事电机行业的工作经验优先考虑；
3. Knowledge of ISO tool such as APQP/PPAP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, SPC,MSA 精通ISO相关工具如： APQP/PPAP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, SPC,MSA 4. Knowledge of precision machining processes, procedures, facilities and equipment 精通精密仪器的生产加工及设备等
4. Good English and Mandarin communication ability in speaking, writing and reading. 良好的英语及汉语的口语、书面能力
5. Strong computer skills 精通办公室软件、ERP等软件
